الوصف الوظيفي

  • Maintain Financial Records: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Double Entry Bookkeeping: Utilize double-entry accounting principles to record financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
