Job Description

Mantaray Digital Solutions is a UAE-based tech and digital solutions agency, and Signature Stays is a fast-growing short-term rental management company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations across both companies. The role will cover day-to-day bookkeeping, reporting, investor payouts, and financial planning, with a preference for candidates who have UAE tax/VAT experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to both service and property sectors.
• Experience with UAE VAT and tax compliance is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities across businesses.

• Experience in real estate/property management accounting.
• Familiarity with multi-currency accounting and cross-border financial operatio
