Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

•Maintain and update general ledger accounts and records.
•Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
•Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
•Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
•Process journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial information.
•Monitor accounts payable and receivable for accuracy and timeliness.
•Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
•Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and consistent financial data.
•Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting as needed.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role (2–5 years preferred).
•Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
•Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
•CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
•Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations.
•Experience with ERP systems.
