We're Hiring – Senior Accountant (F&B Industry)

A growing F&B startup in Beirut is looking for a talented senior Accountant with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations.

???? Key Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

* Proficient in cost control, menu costing, and wastage analysis

* Hands-on experience with recipe costing, portion control, and theoretical vs actual cost variance

* Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and daily consumption tracking

* Ability to prepare and analyze P&L statements, COGS, and key operational KPIs

* Familiarity with restaurant accounting systems or ERP platforms is a plus
