Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our luxury fashion retail business, Coco et Loco, based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax optimization, with hands-on experience in retail or fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Calculate and analyze profit margins for individual products and overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (Corporate Tax, VAT, etc.) while identifying legitimate strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
Maintain accurate records in accounting software such as Tally and other ERP systems.
Monitor cash flow, budget performance, and cost control measures.
Support management in financial decision-making through data-driven insights.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail or fashion sector.
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting/ERP software.
Strong understanding of UAE tax laws and compliance procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a valid UAE residence visa.

Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site (Monday to Saturday)
