We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented accountant to manage our company’s financial records remotely. The role involves tracking all expenses, maintaining up-to-date Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for our business.

Responsibilities:

- Record and categorize all business expenses accurately
- Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss statements
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment gateway transactions
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT requirements
- Generate regular financial reports for management review
- Maintain secure and organized financial records in cloud-based accounting software
- Advise on cost-saving measures and financial efficiency where applicable


Requirements:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting (preferably with UAE-based companies)

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar)

- Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting

- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English (Arabic is a plus)


Work Arrangement:

- Fully remote (must have reliable internet and secure workstation)

- Part-time or full-time contract, depending on agreement

- Monthly reporting with weekly updates
