• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget, providing variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.
  
• Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements in the manufacturing processes to enhance profitability.
  
• Manage plant financial operations, including cost accounting, inventory management, and capital expenditure control.
  
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets.
  
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  
• Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to support business decisions and strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment focusing on plant controlling.
  
• Experience with multinational firms is preferred.
  
• External audit experience is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
  
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and manufacturing processes.
