Motivate Media Group is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. We seek a qualified professional—preferably CA, CWA, ACCA, or CPA—with strong expertise in accounts payable, VAT, financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in our payables function while supporting broader financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payables, PO processing, banking operations, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment scheduling.
  
• Prepare monthly VAT returns and Withholding Tax (WHT) filings in compliance with UAE and KSA tax regulations.
  
• Prepare daily and weekly cash flow reports.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers.
  
• Manage monthly cost accruals to enable month-end reporting.
  
• Support the team during budgeting and audit purposes.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

• Preferred professional qualification CA, CPA, ACCA.
  
• Proven experience in accounts payable, treasury and tax related functions
  
• Strong understanding of UAE and KSA VAT, WHT compliance requirements
  
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication.
