Vision Servo is hiring on behalf of a leading client in the Logistics sector, based in Beirut, Lebanon.

Position: Senior Financial Accountant

Location: Beirut, Lebanon

Industry: Logistics

Experience: 7–10 years

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Financial Accountant to join our client’s finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, with the ability to oversee the full accounting cycle and provide accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and international standards (IFRS).

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Oversee tax calculations, filings, and compliance with Lebanese tax laws.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to improve efficiency and profitability.

Supervise and mentor junior accountants within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage).

7–10 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and Lebanese accounting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
