Job Description:
• Consolidate and update financial data for assigned SBUs; analyze trial balances, investigate unusual entries, prepare and validate variance reports, and submit monthly updates to the Financial Reporting Manager while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and review statutory financial schedules and disclosures; coordinate with auditors during interim/year-end audits, address audit queries, and resolve management letter points.
• Review and reconcile GL accounts, ensure compliance with accounting standards, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and propose adjustments or clean-up activities.
• Summarize key transactions, validate insights for the Finance Head, and drive enhancements in reporting accuracy, detail, and process efficiency.
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic speakers preferably 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field with Chartered Chief Accountant certification is required
• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role from QSR/F&B/FMCG industry
• Must have advanced knowledge of accounting principles and processes, statutory requirements and compliance, core business and financial concepts, internal controls and operational governance, financial/accounting systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), financial account management and reporting practices
Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
