Position: Senior Accountant – Real Estate
Location: [UAE]

We are hiring a Senior Accountant with strong UAE real estate experience to manage financial operations, property accounting, VAT compliance, and project cost control.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)

8–10 years accounting experience, including 3+ years in UAE real estate

Knowledge of RERA, escrow, IFRS, and VAT

Proficiency in ERP/accounting software & Excel
