Job Description

You are:
A numbers-focused, trustworthy professional eager to learn accounting and financial management in a project-based environment. You appreciate accuracy and systematic processes, want to develop professional finance skills, and take pride in supporting organizational operations through careful financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budget tracking and expense monitoring for programs
• Assist with invoice preparation and payment processing
• Help process facilitator and contractor payments (with supervisor approval)
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Support preparation of basic financial reports and summaries
• Learn accounting principles and project-based financial management
• Assist with compliance documentation and record-keeping

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, basic analysis)
• Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to record-keeping
• Professional integrity and confidentiality with financial information

Soft Skills:

• High integrity and professionalism with financial data
• Systematic organizational skills and deadline management
• Ability to work accurately under supervision
• Clear communication when reporting financial information
• Bonus Qualifications:
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.) or willingness to learn;
• Previous experience with project-based or contract payment processing; Basic understanding of
