NTS is looking for a General Accountant with strong experience in accounts receivable, cash flow management, and financial reporting. You'll be an essential part of the finance team, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and smooth financial operations in collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure healthy financial operations.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Perform monthly accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Create and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Work closely with the Project Management team to align invoicing with deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar accounting position (General Accountant, AR Accountant, Collection Accountant).
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and cash flow management.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Odoo Accounting preferred.

Working Conditions:

Working days: Sunday to Thursday

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00AM to 6:00PM
