Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Prospecting: Identify and actively seek new business opportunities with platform-based clients in niche sectors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals. Convert leads into long-term partnerships by showcasing the value of integrating these services.

  • Consistent Closing: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing new accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Strategic Selling: Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy aimed at decision-makers, highlighting how these services enhance platform offerings and benefit their customers.

  • Negotiation Skills: Utilize strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and close contracts that benefit both the company and its clients.

  • Client Relationships: Focus on hunting and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships for potential future upsell opportunities.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to refine your sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales hunter role, with a proven track record of closing new business deals in the B2B software space.

  • Proactive Mindset: A motivated and fearless approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

  • Closing Skills: Consistent success in closing sales and achieving targets in high-pressure environments.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex solutions to stakeholders.
