Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to manage financial operations at our company, which delivers high-end furnishing solutions for hotels and cruise ships. Within the factory itself, this role focuses on accounting, cost tracking, vendor payments, and supporting financial planning in a production-driven environment. The role also requires creating relevant monthly reports.

Daily Tasks: 

● Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) 

● Monitor accounts payable and receivable 

● Prepare and process vendor invoices and customer payments 

● Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

 ● Track project costs and update budgets accordingly

 ● Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions 

● Maintain and organize financial records for audits

 ● Support inventory valuation and job costing for ongoing projects 

● Generate daily and weekly cash flow reports 

● Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on payment issues

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
•  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Working knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
