About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across a group of companies. The Finance Analyst will provide insights into financial performance, help optimize business operations, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple entities.
• Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to support management decisions.
• Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc reporting as required.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide insights into cost control, revenue optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Support consolidation of financial information for group-level reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and compliance-related analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and financial tracking tools.

المهارات

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems; experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
