تفاصيل الوظيفة
Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly payroll & WPS.
• Handle employee settlements (gratuity, leave salary, EOSB).
• Maintain employee financial records (allowances, deductions, loans).
• Reconcile payroll accounts with company financial records.
• Process staff expense claims, advances, and overtime payments.
• Prepare payroll reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and financial data.
• Managing and controlling employee records/documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 2–5 years’ experience in payroll/HR accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel & ERP/HR systems.
• Familiarity with labour laws, WPS and gratuity.
• High accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
