First Option Engineering Services Company has 10 years of expertise and prequalification in the field of Building Information Modeling BIM. First Option Engineering Services is specialized in providing a range of services.

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our team in Nasr City. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of accounting experience, solid knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo). Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and monthly reconciliations.

  
  

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

  
  

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

  
  

• Maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions and statements.

  
  

• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.

  
  

• Assist with internal and external audits.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and tax laws.

  
  

• Prepare VAT, tax filings, and other statutory financial submissions.

  
  

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues.

  
  

• Utilize Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems) for accounting, reporting, and transaction management.

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  
  

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

  
  

• Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

  
  

• Familiarity with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting

  
  

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  
  

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

  
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills..

  
  

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
