We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles and expertise in financial software systems. The role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and leveraging accounting/ERP systems to improve efficiency and accuracy most Especially in Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Netsuite, or other relevant software most especially Odoo ERP).

• Train staff on accounting systems and support process automation to enhance efficiency.

• Generate system-based financial reports for management decision-making.

• Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

• Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and propose system-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.

• Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally with exposure to system implementation or ERP platforms.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Netsuite, or equivalent).

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in system migration, upgrades, or ERP implementation.

• Knowledge of automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for reporting.

• Strong IT affinity and ability to bridge finance with technology.
