Munchers Trading WLL is a Trading company with operations in Qatar.. We specialize in high-quality food products and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily entries required
• Prepare, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare SOA’s and communicate with clients for collections
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, IFRS standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate and support external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Handle payroll processing in coordination
• Utilize accounting software, preferably Zoho books, for accurate and timely financial data entry.
• Develop and present financial reports to senior management.
• Manage inventory details
• Calculate Landed costs
• File all accounting papers and guarantee cheques in soft and hard copy
• Assist in company administration for all paperwork relating to company

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the GCC
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho books or modern ERP experience is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
