Responsibilities

1.Financial Planning & Strategy:

• Develop short and long-term financial plans aligned with group objectives.

• Provide accurate financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

2.Budgeting & Cash Flow Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets for the group and subsidiaries.

• Monitor cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and projects.

3.Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements compliant with local and international accounting standards.

• Provide periodic financial reports to senior management and the board.

4.Financial Risk Management & Compliance:

• Assess financial risks and implement policies to mitigate them.

• Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations.

5.Financing & Investments:

• Recommend optimal financing strategies for new projects and expansions.

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

6.Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop accounting and finance teams to ensure optimal performance.

• Define roles, responsibilities, and provide necessary training.

7.Decision Support:

• Provide financial analyses and economic studies for investment projects.

• Participate in developing financial and economic policies for the group.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 15+ years in finance leadership roles, at least 5 years as CFO/Finance Director in an industrial or manufacturing group.

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

• Analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
