Senior Accountant – Seeking qualified CA/ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professionals with over 5 years of UAE experience or M.Com/MBA with more than 8 years of UAE experience in medium to large construction contracting firm. The candidate should possess expertise and knowledge in contract costing, as well as experience in WIP valuation on large projects, aligning with relevant accounting standards. Additionally, advanced proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
Experience in preparing, verifying, and tracking contractors' progress payment certificates, bank guarantees, letter of credit (LC), VAT, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation processes, and familiarity with accounting software such as FOCUS will be considered advantageous.
