We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in real estate, estate management, or charitable project accounting. This role involves managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial planning and audits, while also providing guidance to junior team members.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records, particularly in real estate, estate, and charitable project contexts.
• Prepare and review periodic and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Improve and maintain internal financial controls, processes, and policies.
• Support internal and external audit requirements with accurate documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
