Job Description

Accountabilities:

• Preparing monthly (Values Added Tax) VAT report & analysis to be delivered and paid on-time to Tax Authorities
• Preparing form No. 41 regarding withholding tax to be delivered and paid on-time to Tax Authorities
• Preparing Salary Tax report to be paid on-time tax authorities.
• Resolve any conflicts with the tax authorities to save company from any penalties
• Handle all system entries related taxes to apply department SOPs
• Prepare taxes inspection requirements to ensure fully compliance with governmental laws.
• Compare between actual certificate of registered taxes VS system entry to ensure no variance and save company from any risks.
• Respond to any inquires related to Taxes and its calculations to colleagues and any stakeholders.
• Calculate Income tax and deferred tax as per updated laws and regulations to save company rights.
• Prepare & review Return Tax Report to be delivered on-time to tax authorities
• Ensure Real State tax are calculated as per updated laws and paid as per contracts terms in order to save company right
• Ensure and review VAT (Value-Added Tax) on company expenses to ensure alignment with updated laws and regulation.
• Prepare Tax Status Report regarding company situation of taxes payment and inspection to be authorized from Tax Consultant.
• Follow-up latest updates of tax laws and regulation and ensure effective implementation to save company from any risks.

Job Requirements

• From 3-5 years of experience in Tax.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting section is preferable.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Organized, Ownership and Follow up skills.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Very good follow up skills.
• Good command of English language.
