Job Description

• Process and manage payroll for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare and review payroll reports, including salary, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee information is accurate and confidential.
• Coordinate with HR and finance departments to verify employee attendance, leave, and benefits data.
• Handle payroll-related queries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes, social insurance, and other statutory payments.
• Assist in the preparation of end-of-year financial statements and payroll audits.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support the implementation of new payroll systems or process improvements as needed.
• Generate and distribute payslips and payroll summaries to clients and employees.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll accounting or a similar role.
• SAP User is a must
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
