Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Management:

  • Develop and implement financial processes to support the subsidiary s reporting and development of their financial and supporting operating systems.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive KPIs and support decision making
  • Provide leadership with accurate overview on capex and cashflow positions.

Operational Finance & Business Support:

  • Oversee financial operations related to Mobility.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of financial resources to support operations, strategic project plans, policies and procedures, supplementing existing processes and enhancing documentation as required.
  • Identifying potential cash flow problems and financial discrepancies.
  • Liaising with department heads to ensure that each department remains within budget.
  • Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial and operational systems and software to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.

Financial Control, Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax laws, and international financial standards.
  • Implement robust internal controls, risk management policies, and financial governance frameworks, developing policies and procedures as required.
  • Liaise with external auditors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyzing and creation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and compliance, while driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and corporate departments.
  • Drive financial awareness across the organization to ensure accountability at all levels.
  • Recruit, develop and providing overall guidance to the accounting team members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Ensure the team is equipped with the skills and resources necessary to succeed.

Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor s / Master s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hold membership in a relevant professional body (such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Proven track record as a finance director, ideally within an operational environment with a strong business partnering role
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and team management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems; experience with ERP systems is essential, with SAP experience an advantage

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and team management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems; experience with ERP systems is essential, with SAP experience an advantage.
