Finance Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Prepare budget forecasts and Actuals on time.
• Publish financial statements in a timely manner.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve client payment issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending payment reminders and contacting clients.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
HR Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
• Ensuring candidates have the right work at the organization.
• Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems.
• Implementing and developing office procedures and record systems.
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Prepare for meetings and ensure all digital files are in place.
• Contact suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist the GM as an office manager, helping with day-to-day operations.
• May be responsible for handling social media accounts, engaging with our online community, and promoting our events.
