Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the implementation of financial strategies aligned with company goals.

 Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

 Prepare, review, and present accurate financial reports and statements.

 Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

 Identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization.

 Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.

 Oversee internal controls and risk management measures.

 Approve key financial entries such as SOA, FDA, and job closing journals.

 Implement cost control strategies to improve profitability.

 Support internal and external audit processes.

 Lead and guide the finance team to maintain high standards and ethics.

 Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, authorities, suppliers).

 Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Authority:

 Access to ERP system based on role.

 Authorized to review and approve financial documents and reports.

 Delegated responsibilities as per the DoA matrix.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Budget vs. actual cost variance.

 Achieved cost savings.

 Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

 Effectiveness of risk mitigation.

 Audit results and regulatory compliance.

 Timely completion of monthly/quarterly/annual reports.

المهارات

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

 Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred):

 CPA, CMA, CFA, or CCP.

Experience:

 Minimum 10 years of finance experience.

 At least 5 years in a leadership role within the marine industry (mandatory).

Skills:

 Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.

 Deep understanding of financial regulations and international standards.

 Proven risk management and cost control skills.

 Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

 High attention to detail and accuracy.

 Strong time management and multitasking skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems (ERP).
