الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the full accounting cycle for brokerage operations (sales and property management).
- Handle agent commission calculations and payments with accuracy and transparency, according to RERA & DLD policies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line.
- Handle UAE VAT returns and ensure timely submission.
- Reconcile bank accounts, monitor cash flows, and oversee receivables/payables.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Budgeting and forecasting / basic compliance knowledge/ good at analysing.
- Report to senior Management and CEO
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE real estate/brokerage sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT law, RERA regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory
