You will post, process, and monitor daily purchasing and inventory entries on ERP.
- You will update and reconcile recipe cards on ERP, reporting variances.
- You will perform monthly stock reconciliation and highlight discrepancies.
- You will develop financial analysis for the new item cost and price and upload it on ERP.
- You will conduct full physical inventory counts at warehouses and surprise counts at outlets.
- You will perform spot checks to identify discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.
- You will prepare weekly tracking/financial reports, including offers, discounts, and waste reports.
- You will perform detailed cost analysis, including production costs, stock and waste variances, and product gross margins.
You will follow quality management workflows and report repetitive discrepancies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience, preferably in F&B.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
