We Are Hiring – Accountant (Dubai, MINSEONG Trading FZCO)
MINSEONG Trading FZCO, based in Dubai, is looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team.
We are a very small company with two owners and one staff member (this role). While the responsibilities cover a broad scope, the actual workload is light and manageable.

Job Responsibilities
Accounting & Tax
• Manage day-to-day accounts, ensuring books and systems are kept up to date (Zoho experience is an advantage)
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support
Compliance & Administration
• Handle compliance requirements under UAE Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) and AML/KYC obligations
• Manage administrative tasks such as trade licence renewal and director visa renewal
Payroll & HR
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Handle employee reimbursements and end-of-service benefit calculations
Trading & Logistics
• Issue purchase orders (PO) to manufacturers
• Communicate regularly with Chinese manufacturers and Australian buyers
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy in records
