Al-Azaiba Garment Factory Announces the Job of General Accountant No. 1622011

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance/equivalent qualification for degree analysis from recognized universities inside or outside the Sultanate.

Professional Experience:

• Recent graduation or one year of experience in accounting (or co-op/hands-on training during the study of accounting) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• IFRS or International Accounting Standards (GAAP) Good knowledge of financial accounting principles.

• Use of equations and pivot tables in Excel (Excel).

• Master MS Office: Familiarity with an accounting program is preferred.

Job Description: Accountant General 

1. The applicant must be an Omani national (male).

2- It is preferable to have a driver's license.

3. Familiarity with local tax laws (e.g. VAT in Oman) is a plus.

4. Familiarity with other tax laws and regulations.

5. Assist in the protection of assets.

6. Assist in audits.

7. Record financial transactions (whether cash, direct, calling, or calling).

8. Review invoices, documents, and administrative disbursements before disbursement.

• Expected Salary: OMR 400 with bonuses.

• Age 23-35

List of daily tasks required:

1- Entering daily financial transactions.

2- Follow-up of accounting entries.

3. Prepare and maintain financial records.

4- Auditing the accounts on a daily basis.

5. Follow up on accounting entries and reports.

6- Support the current department in daily task
