Duties and Responsibilities
1. Accurately record and input financial transactions into accounting systems.
2. Manage and process payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
3. Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial records to ensure accuracy.
4. Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and company policies.
5. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for easy retrieval and reference.
6. Process employee’s payroll on the system,
7. Create several reports as required and make sure all records are properly maintained,
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1 year of experience in accounting field is a plus,
- Knowledge in lebanese taxation law,
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP system
