**Job Description:**

Dana Al Kuwait is looking for a professional and experienced **Accountant** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for financial record-keeping and reporting, but also for managing client accounts and order tracking. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their account and order status.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.

* Use **Tally Prime** for day-to-day accounting operations and financial data management.

* Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

* Manage client accounts and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

* Use **Microsoft Excel** for financial reporting, data entry, and analysis.

* Track customer orders and maintain clear records of which orders are **ready** and which are **pending**.

* Update clients regularly on the status of their orders and ensure smooth coordination between finance and operations.

* Generate and process invoices, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collections.

* Assist with audit preparations, budgeting, and internal reporting processes.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

* **2 to 6 years** of accounting experience, preferably in a client-facing role.

* Proficiency in **Tally Prime** and **Microsoft Excel** is mandatory.

* Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in managing client relationships.

* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

* Knowledge of order tracking or basic supply chain processes is a plus.

* Strong proficiency in **Tally Prime** and **Microsoft Excel** (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).

* Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.

* Attention to detail with a high level of **accuracy** in data entry and financial reporting.

* Ability to **track and follow up** on client orders and maintain clear records.

* Strong **problem-solving** skills and the ability to take initiative.

* Ability to work **independently** as well as part of a team.

* Basic understanding of **inventory or order management processes** is a plus.

* Familiarity with **invoicing**, **receivables tracking**, and **client account management**.

* Professional attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
