manages daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, maintains the general ledger, and prepares financial statements for various construction projects. Key responsibilities involve job costing, monitoring budgets against actual costs, handling subcontractor payments, preparing tax returns, and ensuring financial compliance and control within the construction projects and the company as a whole. 

المهارات

• Proven experience in general accounting, with a preference for experience in the construction industry. 
• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing and contractor payments. 
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
