Key responsibilities involve job costing, monitoring budgets against actual costs, handling subcontractor payments, preparing tax returns, and ensuring financial compliance and control within the construction projects and the company as a whole.

- Proven experience in general accounting, with a preference for experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing and contractor payments.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
