Job Title: Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Flexi World Freight Brokers LLC

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.

Handle VAT returns, compliance, and ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.

Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation of transactions.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.

Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of professional accounting experience (preferably in UAE).

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP systems) and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa required).
