We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Bilingual Accountant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in transforming education through technology. As a key member of our team, you will lead the successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions within K-12 schools across the GCC region.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Odoo ERP Implementations: Drive the successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions in K-12 schools, focusing on Accounting and HR modules.
• Empower Schools with Knowledge: Train school staff on all aspects of Odoo ERP, including data entry, reporting, and best practices, ensuring seamless adoption.
• Gather and Analyze Critical Data: Collect and analyze financial data from schools, ensuring accuracy and completeness for informed decision-making.
• Provide Strategic Financial Guidance: Advise school leadership on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to optimize their operations.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards within the education sector.
• Continuously Improve: Contribute to the development and refinement of Mantle International's Odoo ERP implementation methodology.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in accounting and finance within the education sector.
• Hands-on experience: Successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions in K-12 schools within the GCC region is a significant plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build strong relationships with clients.
