AGS is Hiring – Accounting Manager

Location: Abu Rawash – Industrial Zone

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

Experience Required: 15+ years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting

About the Role:

AGS is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with 15+ years of expertise to lead the accounting team and ensure accuracy in all financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for establishing accounting policies and procedures, managing financial closing processes, and overseeing financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the accounting team and oversee daily operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and periodic reports.
• Manage monthly and annual closing processes in compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement accounting and financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flows and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and government regulations.
• Contribute to financial planning and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 15 years of proven accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
