We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our company’s financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support management with accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other local regulations.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Support external/internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide management with financial analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in Food & Beverages trading industry.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations .
