• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments.Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis within the industrial sector.Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations relevant to manufacturing operations.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing.Experience preparing for and supporting external audits.Ability to develop and implement robust internal controls and process improvements.Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
