Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 6-8 years of accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Experience in the manufacturing sector.Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
