About the job

JOB PURPOSE:

Ensures audit plans are in place and carried out for areas of responsibility. Highlights recommendations for corrective actions on required issues during audit.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Evaluate and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control and governance systems are functioning as intended for areas of responsibility
• Report risk management issues and internal control deficiencies identified directly to audit manager and provides recommendations for improving the areas of responsibility in terms of both efficient and effective performance
• Evaluate regulatory compliance programs with consultation from legal counsel for areas of responsibility
• Work with third party external auditors at the company
• Oversee the development of audit plans for individual areas and specialisms
• Ensure recommendations from audit are implemented by the areas of responsibility
• Keep addressed of new and updated laws, regulations, and implementation of them to the company
• Advise on corporate governance best practice
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations in areas of responsibility

Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others.

Adhere strictly to all IOWs, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions - thus preventing potential WPS and PSM incidents at all times.

Always comply with the SASREF HSE Policy, the 5 Safety Principles and 8 Golden Safety Rules.

• Cybersecurity:

Description:

Maintain SASREF’s cybersecurity by implementing security best practices.

Adhere strictly to all cybersecurity requirements while dealing with SASREF’s assets and data

Comply always with SASREF’s information security policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
