We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the financial operations of a Holding Company with multiple subsidiaries. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and strong knowledge of accounting standards and UAE tax regulations. Priority will be given to Arabic Speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping – Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Monthly Business Review Meeting – Prepare and present the three core financial statements:

Balance Sheet
Income Statement
Cash Flow Statement

VAT & Tax Compliance – Prepare and file VAT and tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Yearly Audit – Coordinate and manage the annual audit of the company’s financial statements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE tax laws.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred: Experience using accounting software such as Odoo (or similar ERP systems).

Proficiency in MS Excel.
