About Us:

Cantata is a premium coffee and tea brand in Dubai, offering over 300 varieties of specialty coffee and tea sourced from the best plantations worldwide. We combine retail, hospitality, and e-commerce, and are currently expanding with a flagship boutique café in Al Barsha and ambitious growth plans across the UAE and GCC. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our growing team and oversee all aspects of financial management.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations;
- Maintain and optimize accounting processes using Odoo ERP;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports;
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and other local requirements;
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control;
- Support audits, inventory control, and financial planning;
- Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance and growth strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience;
- Proven experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory);
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team;
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
