We are looking for a qualified Accountant with Administrative Skills to join our project management office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting tasks, managing financial records, and supporting daily office administration.

Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting records, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and monitor expenses.
• Handle payroll, VAT, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Oversee daily office operations and support management in administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, real estate offices, suppliers, etc.).
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy of data.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT, compliance, and financial procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Employment Type: Full-time, based in Abu Dhabi.
