Maintain accounts receivable, prepare bills, and ensure proper documentation.
Manage accounts payable, ensure timely invoice payments, validate debts, and obtain necessary approvals.
Update and manage financial records using accounting software.
Collect payroll expenses and enter them into the appropriate system.
Assist in preparing quarterly budgets under the guidance of senior management.
Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
Minimum of 2 years Gulf experience in the same field is required.
Experience as a Document Controller is an advantage.
Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory.
Previous experience working with an accounting firm will be preferred.
Must be able to speak Hindi
