Job Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions at the Zagazig branch.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile branch financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor branch budgets, expenditures, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with the central finance team to ensure alignment of branch and corporate financial practices.
• Conduct periodic audits and inventory checks to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes for the branch.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other statutory financial documents.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to branch management for informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a branch or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Zagazig branch.
