Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head Accountant to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all accounting functions, with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), and proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Previous accounting experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory. The candidate must also be willing to travel for business trips to KSA or relocate permanently if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoicing, collections, and AR aging reports.
• Monitor compliance with KSA accounting standards, VAT, Zakat, and other local regulations.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Implement, monitor, and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure proper utilization and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for accounting functions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus).10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory/head accountant role.Strong background in Accounts Receivable management.Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Solid knowledge of KSA accounting standards, VAT, and Zakat regulations.Willingness to travel frequently for business trips to KSA or relocate permanently when required.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in English.
