Missions
- Accounting: Ensure the correct application of rules in the accounting field and ensure the presentation of financial statements in good and due form.
- Cash management: Analyze the financial situation of the company and participate in the development of a cash budget.
- Management control: develop economic and financial forecasts and analyze the gaps appearing between forecasts and reality.
- Business law: Responsible for organizing general meetings and board meetings. Main coordinator of the company's various legal interlocutors (accountant, legal expert, lawyer) and finally oversee the settlement of company disputes.
- Tax Law: Ensuring compliance with tax legislation and ensuring that tax returns are filed correctly and on time
- Human Resources: Manage personnel, recruitment, payroll, training, exit, etc. Define the remuneration policy and ensure compliance with social regulations.
- Also represent the company during banking negotiations or with administrations.
Profile
- Higher degree in the field of Audit/Management/Finance/Accounting.
- Experience more than 10 years.
